A member of your family may need to join our YHW clinics.

Your children who are reaching age 18 and are no longer seen in a pediatric clinic would be the perfect new patient for Your Health & Wellness. In fact, some of your children that are age 16 or 17 may be more comfortable being seen in an “adult” clinic rather than by a Pediatrician. We’d love to see them in our new YHW clinic locations. They still need their annual wellness visit and may certainly need to be seen for any illness they incur. Feel free to give us a call at any one of our YHW clinics. Remember they’re in the same clinic location as some of our JKP clinics.

Our Your Health & Wellness clinics are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We see scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
