Layla Woodruff, APRN

Layla Marie Woodruff is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner who brings over seven years of pediatric experience to Just Kids Pediatrics. Though she has been practicing as an NP for under a year, her deep background in pediatrics and commitment to building long-term relationships with patients make her a trusted and valued member of our team.

Originally from Choctaw, Oklahoma, Layla earned her nursing degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and completed her graduate studies at Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. She is an active member of the Provider Advocacy Group at Just Kids Pediatrics and the Community Leaders Group at Redemption Church.

Layla is currently learning Spanish to better serve the diverse families in our community. She is passionate about improving the well-being of children and believes in creating meaningful connections with every patient she sees. Her approach is rooted in faith, purpose, and the desire to make a true difference.

When she's not caring for patients, Layla enjoys reading and participating in her book club, cheering on the OU Sooners at football games with her family, and spending time with her husband and their two young boys. A fun fact about Layla is that she is half Lebanese, and her cultural background is something she values deeply.

Layla is excited to serve families at Just Kids Pediatrics and looks forward to growing alongside the community she loves.
